We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

When an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected period, we may contact the customer regarding a revised delivery date, cancellation, or refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returned products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements stated in that policy.

Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or missing original components may not qualify for a full refund unless the issue resulted from a defect or fulfillment error.

This section does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Personalized and Final Sale Products

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products may have different cancellation and return conditions.

These items may not be eligible for return or cancellation after preparation or production has started, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or in our Refund & Return Policy.
